No, it is subscription based and will renew automatically every month until you cancel it.

Please refer to the description in the product (Prio level) you purchase.

It takes up to 30 minuets for the prio to connect to you discord account. When connected, it will show on your profile. Please make sure you're not in queue when buying prio.

Double check you logged into the correct discord. You must use the discord that is associated with SmileRP.

We cannot offer any refunds on purchases.

Please make a donation ticket explaining the problem and include an image of the purchase, the TBX number, and discord logged in on tebex. You may already include or be asked to give additional photos and information.

Prio queue purchases of the same tier will NOT stack. Do not buy two of the same tier. Different tier prios may stack.
